|Recommended: YesExcellent Apartment, parking concerns — I will start by saying that I LOVE this apartment. We moved in the middle of this pandemic and they took excellent care in safety and our move-in process. Any maintenance needs have been met as long as maintenance is working on requests. My main concern is parking. The previous staff ensured that the downstairs parking was strictly for guests. This has seemingly become an issue since the staff changed a couple months ago. The parking garage already presents the hassle of anyone on the first level having to park upstairs. This leaves less parking for both floors 1 2. When this is not being enforced however, many people on floor 1 park in the guest parking. Some cars are easily recognizable as residents that park in guest parking. This presents a problem when guests come over and have nowhere to park. I’ve had to use my gate opener to let guests park upstairs, where they risk being towed. I love these apartments, the parking garage and parking enforcement is my only complaint.

Hallways need fresh paint and the hallway carpets need shampooing.
|Recommended: YesWell worth the price — Very nice location and accommodations, and an even better staff Any problems, regardless of type or size, are addressed promptly and with a follow-up. Its not the cheapest place to live, but it's pretty clear what that little bit extra is getting you.

The leasing agent manager are top notch and everyone has a good vibe. — I would tell them that East Beach Marina is a unique property located in an amazing area. It is in a community that has everything someone could possibly be looking for on the coast.

|Recommended: YesExcellent place to live in a prime location with professional, friendly people running it. Tad over-priced though. — It's a little over-priced comparatively at least for my 1-bed deal .
The people living here are nice, but MANY seem to have dogs. The lady next door to me leaves them at home all day and they bark constantly, Very annoying, especially now we are all working at home due to the virus.
The office and maintenance staff are great They reply straight away and are super friendly personable.

|Recommended: YesGreat neighborhood to live in — I recently moved to the area this January. So far, I LOVE living here. The views of the boats and the water are breathtaking, as well as the close proximity to the beach. The new management team is constantly working to solve any issues that come up as well as improve the building.
